• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive or use bonuses.

ckt99 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, ckt99 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of violation, close the account, retain the balance and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

ckt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the single account policy, prohibited conduct rules or bonus misuse.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests submitted under the ckt99 responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

Upon account closure for any reason, ckt99 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Accounts closed due to Terms violations will have all balances forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ckt99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ckt99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and game integrity, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. ckt99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, temporary service interruptions, third-party payment processing failures or events outside of ckt99's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckt99's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ckt99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
